I removed some skin what now

hello doctor well i had some dot tattoo on my finger and i removed it four days ago by removing some skin until i got to the ink,anyway i cleaned the wound and i used topical antibiotic, i covered it with band aid and i changed it 3 times a day i also cleaned it good with soap and water but yesterday the wound become very sticky and yellow so i removed the yellow layer i found some sticky thing under it when i washed my hand it was gone ( i was putting a layer of antibiotic under the band aid ).this is a picture of my wound https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpa1/v/t34.0-12/9264_532666313523203_597246902803432732_n.jpg?oh=504e5e661d232db845760e8a5ebff08c&oe=53C793D5&__gda__=1405578536_a46c98f3a533330a3adca4efef328195my qustion is what should i do now ?how can i make it heal faster should i keep it covered or let it dry out ?will this wound stay opened for long time i dont want it to be so visible , and is there any kind of band aid that looks similar to the skin so no one will notice ?thank you dr
